Price Match Guarantee Policy

At Dutch Direct LLC, we are dedicated to providing you with the best prices in the market. If you discover a lower price for one of our products from a competitor, we’ll not only match it but go above and beyond to ensure you save even more. With our Price Match Guarantee, you’ll get 50% of the price difference back in savings, making sure you always get the best value with us.
Example: If our price for an item is $200 and you find it elsewhere for $180, your price with Dutch Direct LLC will be $170. This includes the $20 difference plus an additional 50% of that difference ($10), for a total discount of $30 off our original price.
Terms and Conditions:
- Price matching does not apply to special order items.
- Valid only for U.S.-based Arborist Supply retailers with their own online presence.
- Not applicable to short-term promotional prices or email promotions from competitors.
- Price matching does not apply to online marketplaces or auction websites such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart.com.
Fertilizers and Pesticides
These products can only be shipped to states where Dutch Direct LLC is legally licensed. Pesticides shipped to California and Minnesota may be subject to additional state taxes. Fertilizers and pesticides cannot be shipped outside the United States.
Spliced Goods
Spliced products manufactured by Dutch Direct LLC have a measurement tolerance range of ±5%, applicable to both in-stock and custom spliced products. For custom orders, you will need to provide specific details and sign off on your order before we can manufacture and ship it.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered to states that require it. This tax will be included in both the purchased items and the corresponding shipping costs. Please note that state and federal tax laws are subject to change without prior notice.

Order Changes
If you need to make changes or add items to your order, you must do so within one hour of placing the order. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). Please contact us at +1 (844) 388-2434 to request any changes.
International Customers
For international orders:
- Shipping rates, duties, taxes, and local fees vary depending on the desired shipping location. We will provide you with a custom freight quote.
- Please consult your local customs official for current shipping and tax regulations.
- All additional duties and taxes for international orders must be paid by the customer.
If an international order is rejected, the customer will be responsible for covering any duties, shipping costs paid by Dutch Direct LLC, and any charges for “abandoned merchandise.”
