All open-top bags and slabs from Dutch Plantin are crafted from premium-grade, aged riverbed coco coir, providing an optimal growing medium for indoor, greenhouse, and outdoor crops. Designed for ease of use, the substrates simply require hydration to expand, allowing immediate planting.
Blend Options
Pith Blend
100% aged riverbed coco coir for maximum stability and quality. This blend can be found in the 0.3 Gallon open top and in 50-liter bags
Aeration Blend
The perfect blend of 40% chips and 60% pith. No need for perlite or any additives with 40% chips creating optimal airflow while retaining water
Special Coarse Blend
The right mixture of pith to special coarse chips is found exclusively in 0.8 gallons and 1 gallon. This ratio provides excellent aeration and water retention
Ozone Blend
A proprietary blend of chips to pith offering the right vegetation generative fractions. It is easy to steer the crop in either phase of growth, supported by great aeration and drainage
